Legality of downloading
The availability over the Internet of the Plong.com materials is authorized by the license № LS-3M-06-109 of the Russian Multimedia and Internet Society (ROMS). In accordance to the license terms the Administration of the site pays license fees for all materials downloaded from the Site. .

Responsibility
All the materials of the Site are protected by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Copyright and Related Rights" and are solely for personal use. Any further distribution, resale or broadcasting are prohibited. The Administration of Plong.com alerts that according to the present legislation of Russian Federation any infringement of author’s rights, such as illegal distribution, reproduction, performancing of copyright objects, a civil, administrative and criminal responsibility are provided.
